From the farmers markets of Los Angeles to viral love across the world, CobblerMania has always been more than dessert- it’s my story of my family, resilience, and community. I built this business with the support of my mom and sister by my side, pouring love into every cobbler baked from scratch.

What started as a side gig for corporate parties and events, has blossomed into multiple farmers markets across LA and has now reached millions of hearts online, proving that people believe in my dream.

Now, I’m ready for the next chapter: Scaling CobblerMania from a one-woman operation to a sustainable business that will allow us to reach even more Cobblermaniacs across LA County.

  • It sounds hyperbolic, but Cobblermania truly makes the best pies in LA. I grew up in the south and always have a hankerin for an authentic southern cobbler, and I would be hard pressed to recommend a better cobler anywhere in the US. The peach one is the best, but I'm biased as peach is my favorite fruit.

  • I had not been to the Hollywood Farmers Market in years. When I went this past Sunday, I was hoping the nice lady with the cobblers would be there. And she was!!!!! I ended up buying a cobbler, the big one, and it took an act of Congress not to eat it on the way to my car. And it is diabetic friendly....every better. IT WAS DELICIOUS. Note I wrote "was" because it is all gone now. I will be back. Thank you Shae. Thank you.

  • You could trick anyone that these cobblers aren't "vegan." They're delicious but still so light. I picked up a couple of peach cobblers at the Farmer's Market today and immediately ate one when I got home. I was told I'd be coming back to get more next time... and she was totally right!

  • Cobblermania is the best place to get your cobbler from. The owner, Shae, is as sweet as sweet can be and the service is amazing! If you haven't tried it yet what are you waiting for?! You won't regret it - plus they are even diabetic friendly! Definitely a COBLERMANIAC! We love all the flavors but especially apple, pear, and peach! Definitely our reason to go to the Torrance Farmers Market Every Saturday!

  • Legit.. not just good. But like you take that first bite and you do the nod. Not too sweet. Nothing about it tasted artificial. Flaky crust. Good amount of filling. Heck... My 86 year old pops doesn't like much and took a little bite of the apple pie and said he couldn't go back to sleep thinking about it! Price point for freshness and genuine love poured into the pie is on par. Now, I just gotta make room to try all the others! And by the way, she is such a joy to talk to. Like talking to an old friend.

  • Cobblermania is the BEST cobbler in town with stellar reviews on best of lists for a reason! Our go-to cobbler/dessert for every holiday and family special occasion. We also go in for any other excuse The owner, Shae is the GOAT and goes the extra mile to make sure her Cobbler-maniacs get the cobbler they came for. She has met us outside of market hours to deliver and is always so much fun to talk to- a one woman show who makes from scratch and delivers all by herself. Never disappointed - you won't be sorry unless she sells out..

  • Just came by to check out Cobblermania because I was in the area... and my mind is SO BLOWN. It really made me want to slap someone just like the poster said. Freshly baked, delicious, and made with love. Let me also add that it's diabetic friendly and made with 100% organic agave. The family in front of me were buying 4 pies, I already knew I had to get in while I still could and I'm glad I bought 2 (apple and mixed berry). Give these pies a try, especially heated with vanilla ice cream !!! These pies can also be frozen for months and they stand the test of time.
